Academics from the University of Bonn, including postdoctoral researchers, research fellows and professors are invited to participate in the BM-AXIS program. We seek passionate individuals who are interested in establishing new collaborations and/or wish to contribute to teaching activities at The University of Melbourne.
For all research-related visits individuals are expected to spend up to three months in Melbourne. Lecturers or guest professors wishing to contribute to teaching activities are expected to spend two weeks in Melbourne. Teaching activities may include scientific workshops, seminars and/or tutorials in the context of The Doherty PhD Program of The University of Melbourne or the Doherty Seminar Series.
BM-AXIS will provide targeted support to initiate and establish partnerships and will facilitate research and/or teaching stays by supporting travel and living expenses for academics. Support to apply for third party funding for project-based collaborations will also be provided.
